Q) What do I do first?
 A) First you will need to provide us with a conformed copy of  the court documents you wish to have served. Next, complete the Information Sheet and Payment form found on the first page of our website.(light and dark blue buttons) Be sure to include your name, address and phone number as well as the party we are serving, their address and any other information is helpful to identify the person being served. Scan those along with a complete set of your documents and email to Info@goldenstatemunicipal.com.
     When sending your documents by mail, we ask that you use USPS, Fed Ex or UPS as these provide the ability to track your package. This minimizes the chance of your papers getting lost in the mail, which does happen! Additionally, please notify us if you intend to mail them so we can anticipate their arrival.


Q) What do I send?
A) A complete set of the documents that were filed in court, along with our Information Sheet and Payment Form.


Q) How long will it take for my papers to be served?
A) For standard service, attempts begin within 72 hours of receipt of documents and payment.  If you require attempts to begin sooner we offer rush service (within 24 hours) and priority rush service (same day). If you’re asking us to serve a business or government agency then service can be completed quite quickly. But if we’re serving an individual, how long it takes to complete the service depends on the information you provide, such as address, work /school schedule, descriptions etc...Sometimes this happens right away and other times it takes multiple attempts over a number of days.
